Staff were quick to help me get a stored value card to operate the machine and help me figure out which size machine to use and the settings to wash my comforters. They were there every step of the way. Place was clean including the bathrooms, washer and dryers worked well. When it came time to use the free dryers, other customers were friendly and helped me get that going. While sitting here, I noticed they have a wash and fold service as well as pick up and delivery. 30 min wash and 30 min dry cycles. 2 thumbs up from me.
(May 17, 2022, 9:49 pm)First time I’ve been here and the staff was very polite. A male worker helped me try my laundromat card and helped me figure out how to use it and refill my card. The dryers are free to WASHING customers only. It says it everywhere inside the building so it’s not hard to figure it out. The area is a little suspicious but I felt safe with worker there and the people around me.
(May 15, 2022, 11:29 pm)Very convenient to where I live. No complaint but I would like to suggest that in summer the fans be turned clockwise instead of counterclockwise. That way they pull the cooler air up from the floor and distribute it outward. I did not five star because I tried to make this suggestion to one of the employees and he told me he didn’t want to hear it. In addition this employee seems apprehensive about something.
