(February 10, 2020, 12:20 am)Clean, large rooms with a great bed and pillows! Well lit parking lot and a tasty breakfast. Would stay there again. Good rate as well. Breakfast lady was great and very hospitable.
(January 28, 2020, 10:23 am)Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and welcome! Check-in was a breeze. We booked The "King Liesure Suite". The room was spacious and well-lit. The bathroom has rails in the shower to accommodate the elderly. The parking lot is well-lit throughout. The cafe had a nice spread for breakfast that included omelettes and meat. There is a decent sized HD tv in the room with great reception. Towels are fluffy and new. Plenty of places to sit and relax in the living room area. I did my research on Google and found this to be the best option. So glad I did. Right off the freeway and within walking distance of eateries, this is the place to stay!
(January 10, 2020, 9:08 am)Would've given 5 stars if the morning front desk was attended. The older 30's Hispanic woman is extremely rude. She will side eye you when you walk into the room. And ignore you when standing at the desk. I could hear her behind the wall at the desk but wouldn't help me. I literally just had to leave the key at the front and leave.
Now, the lovely lady who seems to work a lot and assisted me with check in and other things throughout my 4 night stay was so nice. She was always smiling and willing to help. She gets 5 STARS! Breakfast is good. The lady who assists in the breakfast room was also always so nice. She has great people skills. Only wish the people who make the first impressions had the same people skills. Obviously only referring to the lady this morning. It only takes one bad apple y'all!
(November 13, 2019, 11:52 pm)The employees are professional and very nice. Especially love the morning crew working the breakfast area. So unjudging as I loaded my plate with one of everything.
(July 4, 2019, 8:29 am)I would recommend this place to all spending the night in Lubbock. We had outstanding service and the rooms were excellent! The breakfast was very good! We loved the pancake machine and they have surface free syrup! Couldn’t have been a more pleasant stay! We will be back!!
