(September 26, 2020, 4:57 pm)I was expecting a shipment on a Saturday morning. I got a notification that FedEx had tried to deliver the package and I wasn’t home. I called the main fedex number and I was told they would try to deliver again on Tuesday. Instead I went down to fedex myself, to see if my package was at the dock. I was greeted by a nice gentleman and he checked my tracking numbers, and said he would check to see if the truck had brought them back yet. To my joy, my package was back at their dock. He was a huge help, and didn’t make me wait for my delivery. Great customer service!
