I got my entire house new windows from Kute in 2009. I called him in March of 2021 (yes 2021) to ask him the name of the color of the caulking so I could match it up. He told me that he would come and check all the windows. I told him that was no necessary but he insisted because he wanted to check them out himself.
So he comes out with his crew and they redo all the windows with newer insulation and fix any screens that the dogs messed up.
This is what customer service is about. You will never find another company that will check on a customer from 12 years ago.
I absolutely love my new windows! They look great and are very affordable! The guys were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!
