I returned because I wanted to try a full combo. A nice professional lady took over my order because the lady at the window was very rude for a second time. She didn't listen to me during my visits. The professional lady took my order, and it reminded me of the old Tommy's burger. Great job! The other lady needed to listen because she didn't even give me my soda, and she misunderstood what I was asking her.”

“My air conditioner gave out in the middle of hot September. I went to AutoZone and a man who was in line actually suggested I take my car here because they worked on his air-conditioning. It was the only recommendation I had so I went with it. I’m really glad I did. They got my car in the next day and it only took about three hours for them to diagnose it and fix it. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating. I would recommend them!”

“I got my entire house new windows from Kute in 2009. I called him in March of 2021 (yes 2021) to ask him the name of the color of the caulking so I could match it up. He told me that he would come and check all the windows. I told him that was no necessary but he insisted because he wanted to check them out himself. So he comes out with his crew and they redo all the windows with newer insulation and fix any screens that the dogs messed up. This is what customer service is about. You will never find another company that will check on a customer from 12 years ago.”
