“Even with the COVID-19 issues going on, Kyle Mills made our shopping experience an easy transaction. I reviewed the Pharr RVs website for available models and then contacted Kyle with the trailer of choice. I chose to drive 175 miles, and purchase out of state at Pharr RVs rather than shop local. That should tell you something about customer service. On our scheduled day to pick up our unit, everyone was helpful and professional. Due to the long day, we did not notice that one of our motion sensor lights wasn't shutting off. Called the service department the following day, did some troubleshooting over the phone, and they are sending me a new motion sensor. Can't wait to get it on the road. Thanks Pharr RVs.”
