Zach came out the next day that we called. He fixed our dryer quickly and was very friendly. Price was great! I called other places and he beat them in personality and price. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
Even though Zak was unable to figure out the problem with my 9 year old Frigidare dryer he loaned me the use of 1 he had in the shop until I could purchase a new one. This man made 3 trips to my house trying to figure out the issue. In the end he not only loaned me a dryer but only charged me for the parts and deeply discounted at that.
I highly recommend Caprock Appliance. Zak cares about his customers and their situation. I have 3 grandchildren living with me and bi-weekly trips to the laundromat was not an option. Thank you Zak.
