“I went in for the Trackman Analysis with Deryl last weekend. I am more than satisfied with my experience. During the analysis I was fitted for a new driver. I have been very impressed with the difference the new driver has made in my game. The tips Deryl gave me to improve my golf swing have really helped in producing a more consistent drive off the tee. I live 3 hours away from Lubbock but would definitely make the trip again for a fitting of my other clubs.”

My boy has been a roadrunner since kindergarten he's in his last year rather sad about that but we all grow up :( I could not hand pick a better school to spend the little years in. He has enjoyed every year all the teachers from kinder to 5th are absolutely the best. He has excelled in all his studies if we ever had a problem it was always addressed in a timely manner. It is a huge relief to send your child to such a caring group each day..Not one complaint here..Keep up the good work! And thank you so much for loving my kid like you would your own.”

“I am writing to respond to Danni Trigo. I am so sorry that you feel like you had an unpleasant experience at our facility. Many of our parents including our employees are single moms and we do everything in our power to help in whatever capacity we can. Just to clarify WE MOST DEFINITELY have cameras throughout our facility. There is one in every room, hallway, playground, cafeteria and office in this building. This was something that we spared no expense on and is always available for our parents to view. In order to ensure that all of our children get the rest they need during the day we do request that all children are dropped off by 11. We lay down for nap shortly after that and other kids being dropped off during nap time can cause a disturbance for the sleeping kids. We have many kids that have parents that need to be at work extra early which requires the children to be at daycare early. Nap time is essential to them getting the rest they need. As far as our group sizes go, we have rules and regulations that are mandated by the State of Texas. Part of those rules prevent us from having "a million" kids in one room. We are at all times in compliance with these rules and regulations. Meal times are also very important to us. We make sure to give each child as many helpings of food as they need to get full. Our menus are approved by the State of Texas as well as the same Food Program that regulates public schools. All of these kids are our babies and we love each and everyone of them dearly which is why we unfortunately put ourselves in the position of parents owing money. I apologize that you were embarrassed about your parents offering to pay your balance but when a large balance is owed to us and a family member comes to our location to settle the balance before the child leaves our care we accept that payment rather than turn the account into collections. I hope you have found another facility to meet your needs. We enjoyed your family for the small time we had them”
