Our salesperson Jodi was very helpful and patient as we chose the model we wanted. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and helpful. The hot tub arrived on Tuesday, November 28. The three young men who delivered it were very polite, and efficient! They got the hot tub located on our slab perfectly, and explained everything to us. We are expecting the electrician tomorrow or Friday. We are looking forward to many fun times with family and friends in our new hot tub.

Great experience. Jodi was very good in helping us decide on the right hot tub for us. Took a while for the manufacturer to get it to us but she told us that going in. Delivered pretty much when she told us to expect it. Delivery team really knew what they were doing and got us set up without any problems. Nice helpful cheat sheets provided on start up procedures.
