“5 stars even after a small hiccup. I called on a Friday to reserve a spot for Monday because we were coming into town and needed a place to store brand new camper. Our schedule was packed that day so we made a deal that I would stop by between tasks to sign everything. I stopped by on Monday after a hunting trip to sign contract like discussed on Friday. I had to be in Amarillo to pick up the new camper at 4 on Monday so I needed to be able able to bring it back to a spot. I got there at 1 so I had plenty of to get everything and no one had to rush.. well no one was there and after a few calls I got in touch with David Parks at 1:30.. he said that everyone was out of office (due to Covid-19 so of course no one could help that.. very understandable) but even though it was out of people’s control, to me it seemed like my previous arrangement with them was thrown out the window and I was SOL.. I had to be getting on the road soon so I didn’t have time to wait for someone to get the the office.. David was nice enough to get up to the office and get our paperwork ready for us while we were on the road so by the time we got back everything was great and we had a guaranteed spot.. it all worked out so great in the end and I’m so so grateful that David helped us out like that..The place is awesome, well kept, under good security, has great amenities, and is soo affordable. Hope that never changes. Definitely recommend.”
