What a pleasant surprise in the little town of Castroville, TX. The atmosphere was so pleasant. We all enjoyed our meals, but I'm big on soft lighting at dinner and this was perfect, intimate lighting. Along with pleasant, well-groomed wait staff made for an excellent dining experience. The Texas Heat Bites appetizers were excellent!

We were told about this place last week, on our way home to Concan Tx, we stopped in, “WoaH” the whole property is Absolutely Gorgeous, the Restaurant/Bar looking East on the hill is stunning, We had The Ruben Sandwich and Haus Salad with Grilled Salmon. Both were over the Top, Service and Ambience were both up there with Food and decor.... This will be our new Dinner spot when we leave San Antonio headed home to the Frio River.... it’s a Hands Down 5-Star place.... the New Renovations, The Chef and Staff Made Our Visit And Dinner Wonderful,

Beautifully renovated space with great views (formerly the old Hilltop/Barrel Room restaurant). We had apps and drinks, which were all very good. We can't wait to go back to try dinner options!

Food is absolutely delightful, from the presentation to every bite. Staff is wonderful and very attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant w. a warm cozy feel. Great place for fancy dinner dates, girl outings, cocktails, or a laid back family dinner. The view is absolutely spectacular, 10/10 must give it a try for any occasion.

Classy place with lovely views over the Medina Valley! The service was well above average and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
