“I have used this facility for both RV storage and a traditional storage unit. The main reason I have and will continue to use them is they have 24/7 security that roams the facility and is highly attentive to all individuals who enter and exit the grounds. I have talked with all of the security officers and they are all extremely friendly and helpful. San Antonio consistently has storage units burglarized and being that I am leaving for a year I cannot check on my unit regularly. I feel my property is safe at this facility and I have no concerns of it being burglarized. Also, one time I accidentally left a door open on my RV and the security immediately noticed it after I left, secured the door, and notified me the following day which was awesome. Great facility if the security of your property is important to you.”
