Water skiing in Lake Medina
AWESOME, AMAZING, WHEN CAN DO IT AGAIN? is all my 8yr old daughter say after and for the following 48hr!!!
We stay in an AirB&B in Medina Lake for a weekend and came ready for just swinging in the lake. Noticed some people having fun on watercraft and as many, asked “Siri” for a place nearby to rent a tour, Wallys Watersport pop up, called, made a reservation for later the same day, and Mike explained on the phone it was easy for adults and children’s, so give a shot to knees ski for the kids.
Definitely recommended. Myself close to 40yr did by first time ski on the water, Mike has his boat equipped to teach you and if you’re fit, you can learn in 15 minutes and start to have great fun!!! Even our dog (a small Dachshund) was welcome in the boat!
We book a 2 hours trip, and my daughter, my wife did about 30 minutes each knees ski and myself ski.
Mike will have all you need, life jacket, skis… no excuse, you just need the will to try and a swimsuit (and even that, they may have it for sale in the store).

We did a 3 hr boat rental with Mike as our instructor/driver. Mike gave a quick instruction on how to ski/wakeboard to my 17 year son and his friend. Both were able to get up on the skis and wakeboard on the first or second try. In the past we have rented a boat and driven on on own- but this was a way better experience! With the instruction and driving done by Mike, we all had an amazing time, and Mike took care of everything! Even my husband got a chance to ski( and usually he doesn’t bc he is driving the boat. ) We got in much more ski time, and it was very fun and relaxing. We ended our rental with a fun tube ride for the kids. We will definitely rent/ride with Mike when we come back to Lake Medina. Amazing time and I highly recommend it!
