(March 25, 2019, 10:59 am)Great customer service! He even called to check on us in the middle of the trip to see if we needed anything. The rental process was easy, and quick. The trailer was in good working order, no issues, very clean. And we loved that his "weekend pricing" was Thursday - Monday, it makes pick up and drop off easier.
(March 15, 2019, 12:19 pm)We rented one of Rick's newer units the 30 ft Hemisphere travel trailer. This was our second choice but it was no issue to make the change because it was available for the dates we wanted. Rick was one of the nicest business owners I have ever meet. He said to call during our trip if we had any questions so one evening the temperature dropped and we were unsure of how to operate the heater. I called Rick pretty late in the evening but It didn't matter he called right back and walked me through the process. Our family had a great first experience and look forward to the next time we can call on Rick and his business to start another vacation.

(December 26, 2018, 12:19 pm)I had to rent an RV in Houston area for the holidays last minute , and found Rick’s RV Rentals to be the best in the area! He made sure my trip was perfect ! Very professional and clean rentals. I wish they had a business in Wisconsin like this one.
