(June 6, 2019, 3:56 pm)Continuing a great relationship with Quality. After almost a year after the installation of my generator Justin did a great job of servicing and inspecting it. He also answered all my questions about long term maintenance and repair(if required) and preparations I should think about taking when a hurricane shows up in the gulf. Great people, great product.
(June 5, 2019, 11:39 pm)Pat C and CJ came out to our new home to do a re-install of our whole house filtration system. They were on time, professional and courteous. Both knew their product and installed the heck out of it. More than anything, I really enjoyed their sense of humor. They were very fun to talk with. But, whatever you do, don’t tell Pat that he looks like Kevin Costner. It goes straight to his head. I highly recommend this company.
(May 28, 2019, 2:20 pm)Jason showed up on time and quickly got to work. He was more than happy to show what he was doing and the wear to the parts he was replacing. He made a few improvement suggestions, some we took some we didn’t, to help improve overall function. We'll definitely be asking for him next year. Thank you again
(May 2, 2019, 1:04 pm)Today Mr. Clay Hardin came to my home to solve a low pressure issue in the drinking faucet. He did an outstanding job. The work looks very professional and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He recognized that the technician who was out here prior did a less than professional job and notified the office so that they understood it was warranty work. He is definitely a great asset to the company and I will request him by name in the future.
