I have contracted Caloway Construction Co. on many occasions over the past 13 years and have never been disappointed. From renovations and repair of my rental property to room additions and upgrades to my private residence, Steve Caloway (owner) has always met and/or exceeded expectations. I find Steve to be very focused on meaningful solutions to problems if/when encountered and single mindedness of purpose when it comes to job performance. Over the years, I have recommended Steve to friends and associates and by all accounts have found him to be “as advertised.” They are now long time satisfied customers. I rely on Steve exclusively for all my property needs involving construction, repair, maintenance and consultations.
(March 27, 2019, 10:22 am)Once more what a wonderful experience! The crew as well as Mr. Caloway were extremely friendly like always, they truly make every experience one to remember. Mr. Caloway makes it a point to sit us down and really take our visions in and surely brings them to life which is not easy to do and I guarantee I will never use another company. This is the fourth time they have done work for our family over the years and not once have we been disappointed in the slightest! The precision of the work that they do is remarkable! I could go on but all in all thank you so much! I give this company a 10/10 and recommend them everytime!
(March 27, 2019, 9:15 am)I wanted to get a "feel" for Mr. Caloway's work, so I asked if I could tour his own home, which he built and is absolutely gorgeous. A very nice, humble and soft-spoken man who does beautiful work (I'd say he was a craftsman sort of artist?) his home "sold" me on choosing him as the contractor to re-do our home, which was needing exterior work very badly (after surviving two hurricanes). Both my husband and I own and operate a small faith-based business here locally, and Mr. Caloway was very kind in that he worked within our budget and also did such an excellent job that our neighbors still stop by from time to time to ask who the contractor was! I'd gladly post pictures on this review but I have no idea how to, unfortunately.
