(September 27, 2017, 2:26 pm)I've been an athlete for 18 years. The programming and knowledge transfer by these coaches have taken my performance to new, higher levels than I ever imagined. I've set many Personal Bests since joining 8 months ago and at 55, I am consistently amazed by the results!
Most importantly, they work hard to create a family environment for their members. Just regular people trying to be healthy. Don't have to be a pro, a competitor or an athlete to belong - just a desire to live a healthier life. Hands down, this is the most positive and encouraging group of individuals I've ever worked out with.
