(April 28, 2023, 3:07 pm)I brought in my vacuum because it wasn’t picking up. Daniel took the bottom plate off, checked the rollers and suction. He realized quickly that I hadn’t hit the reset button after I had overloaded the vacuum.
He didn’t charge me a penny and took my vacuum back out to my car as I had my infant granddaughter in her car seat.

We commend them for their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Once you try them you will be hooked for all your carpet, tile, and floor cleaning needs. Their service after the sale is legendary. You wont be sorry!! Thanks guys!!
