He realized quickly that I hadn’t hit the reset button after I had overloaded the vacuum. He didn’t charge me a penny and took my vacuum back out to my car as I had my infant granddaughter in her car seat. Wonderful experience!!”

“I’ve shopped here a few times for backyard furniture. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It is definitely higher priced than Home Depot, or other home stores that offer patio furniture, however, the quality and durability is much better. I bought a patio sofa set, and fire pit/table in November. The set cleans up beautifully, no rust, and the table is heavy and sturdy. Also worth mentioning, sales staff is great about setting up delivery, sometimes even same day for items in stock. Delivery is extra charge, but it comes assembled and placed where you want it, ready to use. Happy with service and quality of products.”

As a helpful employee checked the stock room, I sourced the same item on Amazon and it was $20 cheaper. That is a substantial difference. The other shoe was never found. I came in to get Microdermabrasion done by Megan and it was the most relaxing facial I've ever had! Initially I was nervous, but she laid everything out for me before we got started and kept me updated on what she was doing throughout the process. At the end I got this cute little portable charger as a complimentary gift with my facial & I love it! These folks held my hand every step of the way and I am not yet convinced they have seen the last of me. They were patient (CRUCIAL), knowledgeable, and professional. And they were friendly too! I actually felt like they VALUED my business- we don't see much of that these days so when people do that they might as well be as tall as I am. Thelma needs more money. The other two guys that helped me need some too ( i got hit in the head a lot under the boards when I was younger so sometimes names evade me- sorry). 5 stars because there is nothing higher to give them. I am not sure the program I am on is the cheapest in the cell phone game, but superior customer service that includes face to face interaction with other human beings is worth something to me......
