“Where do I begin? SMG Boats in Conroe was unbelievable to work with! If you ever go to the boat show, bypass all the other dealers and go straight to their WHITE Carpet. Don't waste your time anywhere else. They actually made this adventure an enjoyable one. I for one, hate buying a new vehicle, none the less, a boat. From "Sam the Man"-our salesman/friend now, to George and Charles in the office aspect of the deal was awesome from day 1. The 11/2 hour drive into the big city to deal with these gentlemen was worth the trip. We never felt like they were the typical salesmen trying to push something on us to get their commission. I think they honestly cared and wanted us to be happy and get what we wanted, not what was best for them. By far the best people to work with. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you're in the area give them a visit. This is about an hour north of Houston. Second, during the sales process, Bob & Jim treated me like part of the family, and everyone was very helpful. Finally, on the day of pickup, the whole maintenance team jumped on board to troubleshoot connection issues with my truck. “I lived here for almost two years and I think this complex is great. Decent pricing as long as you do long term, great maintenance, and the office is responsive and polite. Every staff member I've talked to here is generally friendly. I've lived in a lot of complexes until I moved into a house and this one was by far the best. Also it didn't flood during Harvey so that's a plus. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that if you live close to the pool it is sometimes loud at night. This isn't 100% their fault, but I think they should enforce the pool hours more. If you don't live by the commons/pool then it's five stars.”
