Great RV stay!! Sites are new (like 20). Very clean place. Helped me hook up my RV. Very friendly. Location is hidden a bit through a subdivision, but very private and location is close to The Woodlands. Will definitely stay again passing through Houston. 👍
Very very clean, nice, and well kept RV park. Small, secluded, everyone was friendly. The host was extremely friendly, went out of his way to greet me when he saw me, asked if I needed a hand or if there was anything he could do for me everytime he saw me. Free laundry, wifi was strong, close enough to I-45 to be convenient but far enough away not to be noisy.
Had a great time here. Roy is a great host and very attentive to his guests. Nice concrete slabs to park on and free use of the laundry room! Internet works well also.
Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
If you were considering living in an RV is this the place to go. I went from a two-story house to a 42 foot fifth wheel RV and I was scared to make the change three months ago but turns out it’s the best thing I ever did. I came here because there is plenty of space between your RVs and very large lots and super clean and easy access for shopping and me to go to work. It is the simplest way to live and still be extremely comfortable. My rent was $2200 in the house I was in and my light bill was $600 during the summer. I cut my outgo down more than 75% that’s incredible savings. For anyone looking to make the change I highly recommend it and I highly recommend this park as a place to hang your hat. It also doesn’t hurt that everyone here is so helpful and nice. It’s a community
I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the negative posts. We stayed for three nights and we were very pleased. Yes it is near I-45 and as such you will hear some road noise. But it’s negligible. As far as the road into the park, not any worse than some other parks we’ve stayed at. The location to the things we needed was the best around. It was a little pricey, but I for got to mention FREE laundry! And the WiFi had a strong signal. I only used it to update some of my apps but it seemed pretty fast.
