First time using Waylon's service and I'm thoroughly impressed and very grateful to have my bike serviced here. Waylon is very knowledgeable and accommodated me last minute with very short notice to get a quick service done on my new bike. Absolute awesome customer service and very fast responses to texts/calls! Would definitely recommend taking your euro/japanese/anything with two wheels here to get the job done right and for very reasonable prices compared to the dealer!
Took her to Waylon for full Desmo Service, Suspension Setup and New Front Tire Install. Waylon was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing, the costs for services and the findings after the service. Very happy with my experience and encourage anyone with a Ducati to check him out.

EDIT: received my bike back from Waylon, and my bike feels brand new. He went above and beyond what I had asked him to do, which was just a desmo valve service. He took care of little finite things like lubricating the clutch lever and adjusting my bar ends. Stuff he just took care of, because that’s the level he operates at. I cannot explain to anyone reading this review enough, how good of hands you will be in if you take your Ducati to him. His desire to deliver a stellar customer experience is evident in every aspect of working with him. From not forcing me to buy certain items/parts, updates of how my bike is coming along, to completely itemized checklists and receipts. Literally no funny business at all in any of my experiences with him.
VIP SERVICE. Waylon is an outstanding guy. He picked up and dropped off my Ducati Scrambler for its first Desmo service and tire replacement. Really good communication to set up the service. Will be using him for all my motorbike needs
Waylon was able to get me squeezed in on a Sunday with last minute notice to repair a stuck rear brake on my Streetfighter. I was in and out in an hour and he even took time to set up my suspension for my weight. The brake works great now and the bike handles like a dream too.
