From sending brief biographies of the personnel assigned to your job to timely notifications as to when to expect the plumber to arrive, their communication system is top notch. Ron, the plumber assigned to our job, was professional, thorough and efficient in his work and communication as to the installation process.
(March 28, 2019, 3:36 pm)Very honest. The first estimate we got from another company would have bankrupted us. Whun Prescott was so helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. It's nice to know there is a plumbing company we can call and know we will be treated fairly.
(March 19, 2019, 1:21 pm)Everything started out fine. Received a call that Adam would arrive around 0830. About 0930 I called back to see where he was, the lady stated she would find out, he went to the shop to pick up supplies. She said he would arrive in about 45 minutes. That time frame came and went. I called back again to see where he was she, contacted him and he said he got called into a meeting, he never let anybody know. Upon his arrival. I brought it up to him and his response was, "do I need to leave", completely unprofessional and Unapologetic. Thankfully, Daniel and Ghost Rider (Eric), made up for his inadequacies and made my experience much more pleasant! I felt they were honest, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Probably should send them out instead. Fortunately Daniel & Eric are the reason I'm giving them a 4, Adam is a reason they're not getting a 5.
(March 8, 2019, 12:06 pm)I can't thank Crystal enough for the amazing job she did in helping me get a plumber out to the house for a gas leak. She went above and beyond to make sure that someone was able to get out and the price was great. Shawn was the technician that came out and he was smiling, happy and very professional. I will recommend JD Precision for anyone that needs plumbing work done. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!
(February 22, 2019, 7:39 pm)I have spoken with JD precision about various work on my home for some time. Their prices have always been very reasonable and they are not pushy on sales. They have been patient with me until the timing was right. Installation of water heaters was smooth and professional. Steve P. was very experienced, was patient with my questions, and very kind. I could tell he loves doing his best job and treating the customer right.
