“Valued Papa Murphy’s guests, It is with a heavy heart and much sadness that we have had to come to the difficult decision to close our doors. Many of you have been loyal customers to us ever since we opened back in October of 2013. We thank you for your continued patronage and we’ve enjoyed getting to know many of you. We finished the end of our 5 year lease last October. Since then, we’ve been month to month tenants while searching for somebody who wanted to buy/take over the store from us. As month to month tenants, our rent increased significantly (150% of prior rent) and has caused severe cash flow issues for us. It has finally reached a point where we cannot keep putting more money into the store without having somebody negotiate a new lease and takeover the store. It has been the greatest adventure and honor of my life to serve all of you the last 6 + years. I will miss this almost as much as I’ll miss the Herb Chicken Mediterranean.
