(November 9, 2022, 1:31 pm)Great experience at the shop. I came in late with a broken window regulator and rain in the forecast, they jumped on my car and got me hooked up with a temporary fix while they track down parts. Excellent people there for sure.

He also stands behind his work, my truck was done perfectly but there was a customer who had a failure two weeks after repair. Lonnie helped him out immediately and it turned out it was a faulty part from the auto store.
Update: the shop is even better now with three full days for service
(August 20, 2022, 5:53 pm)On our way to Houston, we started experiencing car trouble. Our car cooling system started to malfunction and the car was starting to get overheated. Stuck in a traffic jam and desperate to seek help, Google Maps randomly suggested RRS Automotive. It was the best on the spot decision we ever made. Angel- the owner- was knowledgeable, provided a quick solution, alternatives, options- all without charging us a dime. Angel was truly an angel- giving us peace of mind and a lesson in car mechanics! Thank you SO much for your amazing service.

(March 31, 2022, 6:30 pm)RRS Automotive fabricated and installed a steel plate to guard my truck’s catalytic converters. They worked overtime to meet their timing commitment. A job well done.
