He asks you if you're truly doing alright (both my husband and I) and the office manager Amanda is amazing! So kind and actually care for the well being of the kids using other methods aside from just writing a prescription and sending you on your way. My daughter has G.i issues and he went through a whole process such as trying rice cereal and switching formula before sending her a prescription or a referral . “I was there yesterday for my blood work and annual physical! This is my second visit to this location! I had registered online so everything was ready when I got there! Staff was very responsive to my needs and listened to my concerns! When it was time for my blood work as always I was apprehensive, but this was a breeze! Got the vein and blood without a big bruise left behind! I must say that besides ring a little bit hard to find it was a very positive experience! “This is the only Papa John’s I have ever enjoyed. The pizza here is delicious. I’m giving them 5 stars but that doesn’t mean they are without their problems. It’s how they resolved those problems (and how tasty their pizza is) that got them 5 stars. I’ve never had a problem with delivery taking too long from them. However, they are going through a labor shortage problem and I don’t hold that against them. I have had two separate delivery drivers (both new and one even her first day) completely mishandle the pizza and ruin it. The last one had the pizza carrier hunched over her back before handoff. As soon as the pizza was in my hand I could feel it ruined and all the weight to one side. All but a few slices from my 2 pizzas were ruined. But hey, what was left was delicious! The GM personally reached out and credited me new pizzas. The manager has been a pleasure to deal with every time. It’s unfortunate they are going through labor shortage pains but they get 5 stars from me for how they deal with customer complaints”
