“My family and I have been members to this gym for about 4 years now. We are very happy with this gym, there is a wide variety of equipment to pick from. My daughter absolutely loves the kids club. The kids club is well-maintained always clean and the staff is always happy to be there. Melissa the kids club lead has always made my daughter feel welcomed, she now looks forward to going to play at the kids club. We don’t have anything negative to say about this gym. The classes they provide are always fun and up beat, since they have added more classes the hours are more flexible for me to make them. Most of the time when I go I'm greeted by Crystal the operations manager, she is a fantastic employee to Gold’s gym. She is loved by everyone and we believe is one of the key essentials of why we love going to this gym.”

“First time visitor toady. This is a bad a$$ gym! There is a great selection of equipment, everything from your standard deadlift/bench/squat to strong man equipment. I believe I spoke with the owner today, she was extremely sweet and stopped what she was doing to ask how my workout was as I was leaving. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to push their training to the next level. Commercial gyms can’t compare to metro flex!”

“Coach Kelly is amazing she is so sweet and caring to everyone of her students if she sees that you are struggling with a task or workout she has given then she will always help she is very funny and makes each and every class enjoyable not only for her kids but for parents that are watching as well she always asks for ways to make her classes better so that her students can better enjoy it i have loved being in her class with all of the amazing and fun workouts and games she provides in her class she goes way beyond to help make sure that her students are excelling in every way possible I'm in level 2 and have gone so far because of the amazing coach that she is she is always quick to ask how your day has been or to make sure you are having fun I have been in many different classes with many different sweet kind caring and amazing coaches but I have been quick to conclude that she is my favorite not only is the gym a great environment but the coaches always have a smile on the faces and look like they are having such a great time I am very luck to have met some of the most amazing coaches ever each and everyone of them works there hardest to do anything they can to make your child happy I definitely recommend bringing your child and or children to this gym it's is very worthy and a very fun place to be????????????”
