“I visited Southern Secrets for first time yesterday for Botox. I was very confused when I arrived because it looks like a home. I arrived before 9 am, rang the doorbell and they were not open yet but I was greeted by a happy, friendly gentleman (Andrew Martin)! You can’t help but feel right at home with Andrew. It’s like you have known him forever. So I am there for Botox and Andrew has me opening up and discussing all my health issues that I have going on. I have been seeking care for some hip problems from other medical facilities which has been no help at all. Andrew is the first person to make me feel like he is actually listening to me and cares. Since I have recently moved to Conroe and did not have a primary care provider I believe I have stumbled onto the perfect place. All the five star reviews are definitely not misleading in their comments. So if you are in need of either spa or medical treatment you should visit Southern Secret and see for yourself!”

“I was there yesterday for my blood work and annual physical! This is my second visit to this location! I had registered online so everything was ready when I got there! Staff was very responsive to my needs and listened to my concerns! When it was time for my blood work as always I was apprehensive, but this was a breeze! Got the vein and blood without a big bruise left behind! I must say that besides ring a little bit hard to find it was a very positive experience! Recommend IKP Family Medicine, staff and process excellent! The only thing missing was that adorable Dr Patel! He left me in good hands with PA Amy! Thanks”

“Dr. Bond is a very knowledgeable professional that really treats you like a person. He is generous with his time to consult with you and discuss your experiences as well as what he sees from your health records (X-ray, MRI, other) and really works with you on what outcomes you would like and procedures that you are good with to get you there. I got my treatment (shots) with Dr. Bond and his staff working with my schedule with the treatment going exactly as Dr. Bond stated and well within the results discussed. “My mother was placed in hospice about 3 months ago after multiple trips to and from the hospital over a very short time period. Each time she returned to Memory Care in worse condition mentally & physically. Finally the hospital doctors recommended she be released into hospice at her Memory Care facility. Her MC facility (which is also excellent) had an established relationship with Oasis Hospice and we soon realized this was the best decision ever! She has a dedicated team at Oasis that watch over her and care for her in partnership with her MC facility. The professional care, personal touch, and amazing commitment that her Oasis team provides has truly been life changing for my Mom. And their communication is outstanding! Best of all, Mom has not been back to the hospital since and although she is still on a difficult journey she is now able to smile, laugh, blow kisses, talk with her MC friends, and spend loving & quality time with her family. We are so thankful to the Oasis team for gifting us with this amazing time with our Mom. Heartfelt thanks to Stephanie, Lyn, PC, Monique and most of all, Natalie, who really cares about Mom and is always sending me texts regarding her visits with Mom and pictures of her having fun. “Very little wait time. Very friendly staff. Ruth, the nurse who took care of me was very kind and helpful. She was also very competent. I really loved the nurse practitioner, Stefanie. She has a great bedside manner. I really loved that she involved me in the decisions related to my medical care. She took time to answer all of my questions. It was quite obvious that she cares about her patients. I would absolutely without hesitation highly recommend this facility. I got high-quality care without a wait.”

“This is the only Papa John’s I have ever enjoyed. The pizza here is delicious. I’m giving them 5 stars but that doesn’t mean they are without their problems. It’s how they resolved those problems (and how tasty their pizza is) that got them 5 stars. I’ve never had a problem with delivery taking too long from them. However, they are going through a labor shortage problem and I don’t hold that against them. I have had two separate delivery drivers (both new and one even her first day) completely mishandle the pizza and ruin it. The last one had the pizza carrier hunched over her back before handoff. As soon as the pizza was in my hand I could feel it ruined and all the weight to one side. All but a few slices from my 2 pizzas were ruined. But hey, what was left was delicious! The GM personally reached out and credited me new pizzas. The manager has been a pleasure to deal with every time. It’s unfortunate they are going through labor shortage pains but they get 5 stars from me for how they deal with customer complaints”
