The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars because there is another member of staff here who is exceptionally unprofessional. He took a personal FaceTime call while we were there one time and the next time we encountered him, he was nonchalant and rude. His customer service skills are none existent and he just had a real vague approach to everything, rarely looking at us while in conversation. He looks like he doesn’t want to be there.”
