“VIP is the correct name for this awesome and very clean outpatient surgery center. It is wheel chair accessible. Check in took less than 10 minutes and I was taken to the back for my procedure. The nurses who cared for me were highly trained and very compassionate. Kelly, Cindy, Ashley, and Rebecca all kind of tagged team in on me and were the greatest. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Ken Thatcher, is very good at what he does. He listens to you and his sense of humor takes the edge off. And then there is Josh. He was in the surgical suite with me. I think he is a surgical tech. He is also very caring and has a great sense of humor. I am 60 yrs. old and a chronic pain patient. I have been in many surgery centers. This is the BEST I have ever been to. I felt very at ease and comfortable here. Very well taken care of.”

They are clean, efficient and actually care about you! Alan, MaryAnne and Karen were wonderful and actually took time with me to figure out what would be best for my needs to make me feel better - they made me feel like a person rather than a number (other clinics have made me feel this way). I have pneumonia and Melissa was patient with me with trying to talk (didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time... “The facility itself was very nice however, not such a wonderful place to have an outdoor wedding in middle of July in Southeast Texas. Let's just say, if you do ask your guests to attend your outdoor wedding in theisdle of July request/advise them to dress in very cool, light weight clothing that is befitting of a wedding... Not shorts, t-shirts and flip flops but sun dresses, open toed heals, dress pants and a light weight shirt... Things like that.”
