“Caring for the most part. Does not listen when you say you desperately need anti- anxiety medications. They all try to push benadryl style meds now. That could be due to the opioid crisis we have in America. Doctors seem scared to prescribe any type of anti- anxiety meds due to recent regulations, no matter how bad your flashbacks and voices are. Probably not her fault on that one. Overall she is friendly and pretty consistent.”

“I absolutely love Dr. Bernell. My mother has used her for years as well as more recently my mother in law. When I moved back to the area and started having some concerns about endometriosis, it was quick to get an appt and she sat down and listened to everything I had to say and addressed all of my concerns. She is super friendly as is all of her office staff and her nurses and she is genuine and compassionate. She delivered my mother in law's still born and cried with my mother in law after the delivery. You can tell that she truly cares about what she does and the patients she sees. Wonderful office!”

“I love Dr. Berdayes and her staff!! I have been a patient for many years and I’ve always had a great experience. She is very thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Sometime she’s even gone to get a medical book to explain something to me or even drawn a picture of some thing. She is very down to earth and talks WITH you and not AT you. She explains things in a way you can understand without having to have a medical degree. The front desk is always very courteous and willing to get you whatever you need in a timely manner—lab orders, prescriptions, test results or questions to Dr. Berdayes—even if it’s late in the day before they close. After completion of the test, the employee went over the results and discussed them with me. I’ve eaten a certain diet for years and now being diagnosed with gestational diabetes, it was hard finding food that I like.. “I had to go in for a upper endoscopy. I was really nervous but the hardest part was getting the iv. ALL of the staff were extremely nice, understanding and I just appreciate all of them for making me feel comfortable while in for my procedure. Within 5 seconds of them giving the medicine you will be asleep and wont remember anything! Waking up in another room, very thirsty!! Overall I will recommend to anyone that needs to go here.
