Abstract Athletics Jiu-jitsu & Acrobatics

Needed some gym space and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their members and the community. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone in the area!

Can’t say enough good things about Abstract. My daughter takes acro lessons and loves it. From the very beginning, the coaches made her feel comfortable and helped build her confidence. Working with Coach Mat has taken her skills to the next level, and it’s amazing to watch her progress. Highly recommend!

A friend worked on me for a month before I decided to try…she & I had both come from another school not so far away & had some bad experiences…however- she loved this place & encouraged me to try the morning classes because they were smaller which was just a better fit for the learning curve, etc. That was back in February & several months later I’ve had the experience myself of the professional atmosphere, great instructors and great classmates. I’m glad I didn’t give up on this challenging & fun martial art. Speaking as a woman, though the classes are Co-Ed, all the men are gentlemen and professional. It’s a very comfortable space in which to learn & engage. I attend the adult BJJ classes only & encourage any woman or young lady to do so as well. :-)

Our son has been training BJJ here for over a year and he absolutely loves it. World class coaches and great atmosphere with classes for all ages. Couldn’t recommend any gym or coaches more than Abstract.

We have been part of Abstract for two years, enjoying everything from acro to jiu-jitsu. The coaches are amazing, and the facilities are excellent. We absolutely love being here.
