If your experience is positive it’s often chalked up to this ideology that people are supposed to feel better or get what ails them fixed as a result of a physician visit or a procedure. Then the second something is tough or the patient feels uncomfortable it’s time to write a negative review. The positive experiences commonly don’t get noticed. I recently underwent a surgical procedure with Dr. Muscat. Every exposure to this physician group has been an extremely positive experience. The front office staff remedied concerns revolving around insurance coverage. They went out of their way to keep me informed. Throughout the procedure, every encounter with every member of the staff was highly professional and they go out of their way to ensure the patient is comfortable. I had a clear expectation of everything I was going through. Most importantly, just a couple of days out of surgery, I could tell my injury had vastly improved. “My mother in law resided in memory care at Brookdale Kingwood for a year and a half. We couldn’t have asked for better people to care for our loved one. Trina loved on her and treated her like she was her own mother. Delena, Kim, & Kawana did a great job making sure all of her medical needs were addressed and tended to. Dawn, Dorothy, Gretchen, Ernesto, Beverly, Shannon and numerous other caretakers made sure she was loved on and well taken care of around the clock. Rosa and Melodie were also wonderful with her when they were working in memory care, and always made a point to love on her even after they were working in different areas of the facility. We entrusted her health and well-being to these people who never made us doubt for a minute that she wasn’t receiving the best care possible. Jackie the director and Tessie in the finance office were also wonderful to work with. I wish this location offered skilled nursing. It is bittersweet that we had to move her to a different location because she needed a higher level of care . The new residence definitely has some big shoes to fill. Much love and thanks to all of you for everything you did for her and for us.”
