  I couldn't be more pleased, very professional and accommodating operation. Very friendly, the park is quiet and clean, not so easy with their modifications and upgrades in progress. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  The new owners are doing a good job at building up the property, very respectful and nice folks. Reasonable, the manager Walt is a great asset to them, invoices are accurate athough a very quiet park.

  This is a very nice and quiet place. The tenants are very friendly and the new owners are doing a first class job to this place. Located along a river and plenty of room for a picnic or grandkids to fish. ????????

  I love living here. This RV park is so tranquil. It's like one huge family here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I couldn't ask for nicer landlords, Jeff and Sheri are great people. They are very accommodating landlords. If your moving to this area it is a RV park that you must come and check it out.

  Very nice people who bought Baron Ranch RV. Park. Now it's Triple B RV Park and is being upgraded and a very safe and quiet place to stay. My Husband and I stayed at this RV Park for 2 yrs. with no problems even with the other owner of Baron Ranch . Brad was a very good person and I would stay there anytime. To the old owner and new owners I wish you all the very best.
