(August 21, 2018, 10:50 am)Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Modern Roofing and Nick. They came out to give us an estimate where a big tree limb fell on our roof. They are very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, personable, friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
(August 10, 2018, 5:38 pm)My roof leaked after a very heavy down pour this past week. I called Modern Roofing in a panic and asked them to come out asap. Nick responded the same day and came out the very next morning to assess the issue.
Nick was able to find the leak and he e-mailed me up-close pictures of the roof problem. His quote was fair and I like that Modern Roofing warranties their work for 2 years. He was able to fix the roof within days of the quote. Nick also removed and re-caulked other potential areas of the roof. Once he was finished the work, he emailed me more up-close pictures of the finished job.
My communication with the company was excellent. Nick is polite and professional. I highly recommend Nick and his company Modern Roofing.

The work has been done over the past day and half, and it looks very good. I really appreciate their professionalism and the work they did!

From cleaning gutters on a 3 story townhouse to chimney/roof repair to commercial roof repairs, I can say based on first hand knowledge Joe, Nick and T are absolutely the best in the business.
