“I am so happy to say that while I was looking for an outlet to exercise without admitting my size was ever a concern I stumbled across trapeze yoga, and to clarify, I had previously broken my back over 10 years ago and have accepted living in pain over any addictions to pharmaceuticals, I thought “I don’t have the body for yoga, but I got some strength and USED to be active’” So after my first class which was a one on one, I felt first exhausted, twisted, stretched, and that’s from a lazy person, smart but lazy! But after a few classes I realized I had no back pain, for the first time that I could remember, and what ever it has changed I turned back on my bodies fat burning capabilities and currently down over 30 pounds. “This is my daughters first year in gymnastics so we decided to go to Cypress Academy for her classes. What a great choice. She has a ton of fun and learns a lot each week. She is in Coach J's class and loves coming each week. The staff and coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable and will take time out to tell you how your child is progressing. Highly recommended!”
