(January 11, 2017, 1:35 pm)I just joined the gym a little over a week ago! Everyone is so inviting and motivating! Love the instructors and the class! Not one class has been the same so it keeps you busy and working hard!!! I would recommend this gym to everyone!!!!!

(August 2, 2015, 11:33 pm)I've been going to cardio kickboxing with Natasha for about 6 weeks now and I'm absolutely loving it! If you are trying to improve your fitness level, develop a healthier lifestyle or just spice up your gym routine, Natasha's classes are the place to be! I look forward to my workout every day now because I know each class will be fun, unique, and push me to work my hardest. I didn't even know my own limits and abilities until I was challenged in so many new ways. Natasha is very open about her own journey and will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. I am already noticing a lot of positive changes in my body and my energy level and self esteem have increased so much. I'm so thankful to be a part of the Magnolia Brazilian Jiu Jitsu family! No matter where you're at with your fitness journey, an uplifting atmosphere and strong support system like this can make all the difference in your success story! I would encourage anyone and everyone to come and give cardio kickboxing a try.
(July 14, 2015, 12:33 am)I've been Training BJJ at this school for over a year now, and I could'nt be happier with the enviorment and training i've received. Excellent school for Judo and BJJ, I highly reccomend it to anyone wanting to train and learn from a great staff.
(January 28, 2015, 9:01 am)An excellent way to build strength, condition and confidence. It is astonishing to see young timid kids come in that become vocal and outgoing as they gain confidence. There are plenty of games to keep them engaged in training and learn sportsmanship. The adult classes are great to keep us older people moving, with many levels of intensity to keep you motivated as you evolve in your training. The instructors will take their time and even give you 1 on 1 attention if you need any help. They also offer great cardio and MMA classes during the week.
