I have experience with doctors as I have multiple chronic conditions and Dr. Norman is one of the best as far as bedside manner and listening to my concerns. I pointed put something that I had noticed and he told me it wasn't what I had thought it was without being condescending. I would definitely recommend.”

“I had a definite urgent care matter today, and I walked in. Everything was clean & neat with friendly & concerned greetings. I had not been there before, but the paperwork was very minimal. They told me the base cost upfront + whatever additional charges would be needed. I knew this would all be out of pocket (since my deductible hadn’t really been touched this year) and the base was very reasonable. There was very little wait, even though there was a steady stream of customers while I was there. I went in to go through my vitals, and the nurse/assistant was very friendly & polite, even while I was having some difficulty thinking through the pain. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of that. She was also extremely friendly and listened while I explained what was going on.she recommended a quick set of treatments for both my issues (wholly appropriate). After my shot, they kept me there for an extra 2 minutes to make sure I didn’t react badly. They called on my Rx’s and I went straight there to get them. And my final price was only $20 over the base cost. Overall, this is a great facility and I will not hesitate to go back if I need them. They even have bottled water & flavored kcup coffee if desired.”

“Excellent endocrinologist. He has kept my thyroid levels within the optimum range for baby's brain health during multiple pregnancies. He shows kindness and caring during all office visits -- one time, even offering to help me carry my heavy baby car seat out to the front after being seen with my newborn in tow. He is also open to using more natural RX drugs for my thyroid, such as Armour and Naturthroid, which I appreciate. Wait time is usually 10 minutes or less.”
