Nice small & quiet park!
11 New sites (currently at a reduced rate) on a month to month basis.
Small laundry & big showers.
Adult only park, no big & agressive dogs. This park is in the Conroe city limits and the dogs must be on leashes.
Situated just off Highway 105 between Historic Montgomery & Conroe, Texas.
Just a short trip to the B52 Brewery, a beautiful wedding venue, winerys & to the fishing tournament weigh in location on Lake Conroe. Also swimming, boat rides, jet skis, dinner cruise, etc all available close to this little park.
The park is Not on the lake but easy walking distance to a small store, several resturants and access to the lake. No on site storage but there are several storage lots located around this park.
This small and quiet park Adult Park is under new management!!!
Despite what another reviewer said, here is not a sex offender living there. Feel free to check the Texas Sex Registery yourself.
The manager is nice & helpful and she's the only one answering calls. So you can ignore past complaint reviews.
Positively no over charging of electric and you can keep an eye on the meter at your own site. Start and ending numbers clearly written on your bill to avoid any confusion.
The monthly renters are tidying up their sites and the majority of the neighbors are senior citizens. So you don't have to worry about loud parties and such going on.
NO large dogs allowed.
20 lb limit and they need to be on a leash.
Showers are large and clean!!!!
There is one shower chair for those that require a little extra help, other than the grab bars in each shower.
The washers & dryer are new & clean!
Play cards or other games while you wash clothes.
Free Wifi and a book swap.
2 picnic tables under a large covered area so you can bbq or just hang out!
This park is not on the lake and has no pool on site but there is a marina and a park on the lake just a couple of minutes away.
If you like to eat out... There are plenty of resturants nearby. Some you can walk to.
Visit with the resident deer!!!! They feed in the evenings, so take your camera.

Most residents here have been here many years it's pretty quiet and pretty safe.
The manager makes everyone new feel welcomed she's also fair and very professional she's new here but treats everyone fairly has also made good changes in the park it's alot cleaner then it was and we have new site's avalible to rent. I have been here almost a year and i like it here.
Excellent option for the ones who doesn’t want to be surrendered by kids. Adults only, awesome!
Well....lol! I liked this place, but you should ask a resident instead. I think I was a visiting "Disruption" to this quiet community,...but I'd have loved to have met some of my "Friend's" neighbors ????????
