(November 22, 2018, 1:44 pm)This is a quiet, conveniently located and affordable little gem for longer stays at ~$400/month + electric. Good sized grass/gravel spots around a (quite tight) horseshoe asphalt road, with pull through and back in spaces surrounded by trees. Awesome open area down the back for dogs to romp. Laundry machines at $1.50 to $2 each. Joe, the owner, is a super nice guy (call rather than email for inquiries). Very minor downside is parcel deliveries because the office isn't staffed 9am-5pm. We stayed for 3 months in a 36' class A motorhome.

Was here 3 months and enjoyed it very much. Rates are very affordable, provided internet works pretty good. Would highly recommend this park. Nice and quite, and close to New Magnolia where you can fine many restaurants, grocery stores and Home Depot. Will definitely stay here with my next visit to this area.
I am in a motor home in a pull thru and had so much room...love this park.
(September 9, 2017, 2:03 am)Very quiet and clean place to park your RV. Great neighbors willing to help even short time visitors. I have now made this my home for both me and my dog Murphy since they welcome your fur balls also. Don't get any better.
