“I purchased a timeshare from them (on Ebay) at the end of July. I had no problems with customer service. Every one seemed very friendly and willing to help! My only issue was how sllloooowwww everything moved. When I purchased I was told it could take from 90-120 days. However, mine took around 6 months. I do have my account set up with Hilton but I still don't have my recorded deed (it's been around 8 months at this point). In short, I don't think it's a scam, but be prepared to wait quite a bit. ;)”
