Usually no wait for acknowledgement - but if there is, it's because they are dealing with another customer.
The waiting area is comfortable and clean with separate restroom access, of which is also clean.
Service is exemplary and the pricing is reasonable, whether you're in for tires, an oil change or a vehicle inspection.
Definitely recommend this local business against the chain business any day.
(October 6, 2018, 5:13 pm)Always very happy with the service here. Above all, this place is trustworthy. It's hard to say that about many businesses but I'd say that about EMC. It's a comfortable place to wait too. It gets busy some days, but they are always quicker than I expect and keep you notified of the status of your vehicle. They don't charge an arm and a leg for work either. They charge an average expected fee. I'm very happy with them and will continue to go here.
