“We were able to be seen without an appointment and the employee was friendly. That is about the only good things to mention about the trip. Bank of America wasn't able to fix our account over the phone and so we were directed to visit a branch. The branch wasn't able to fix the issue either. The issue is a feature they have turned on but can't find a way to turn it off without closing out the account and opening a new one. The parking lot is a little cramped having only one direction to exit.”

“I love using this bank. All of the ladies that work there are very nice and friendly. However, due to the construction on 99, the motor bank was removed and I was told that this bank would not have a motor bank. This is very inconvenient for customers. This bank is ALWAYS packed on Saturdays and they are only open until 1 pm. At one point, one of the ladies told me that there would be a new bank built at this location to replace this old one, but I guess that got scrubbed. A new bank with a drive-thru would be awesome!”
