I had hoped for a little bit more highlights so she immediately offered to have me come in at my next convenience to add more at no cost. It's common to not get "your fantasy color" application- especially the first time...but it's unheard of to have the stylist address it immediately and offer to do whatever it takes to make the client happy. I usually pay 200 dollars and am given multiple excuses, don't leave with what I want, and ultimately don't like my stylist. I loved her! Place is beautiful, women are great. ”
