“I worked her for 4 years and only left after I felt as if I hit a the glass ceiling. I loved the management team here! Mr. Otis, Shawn, Lance, and Christian were awesome! I could openly talk to them about any issues that I had. I never felt overlooked by this team. It is a closed door facility so people use to be preety tight knit. I didn't like the point system but was never in trouble because of it (had to run to the clock a few times though). I hated when they implemented hourly quotas. Im 5'1 and chunky so high shelves and fast pace was not for me. I ended up switching positions and loved inventory even more. I would definitely go back in the future if I moved back to Houston and a position I wanted was available. Also if you fail a drug test a 99% of places if not 100%, you can appeal the result and retest. I once had a faulty test mark me positive in EVERY CATAGORY. I retested knowing it was a false positive. Make sure you read your results because errors can happen.”
