“I worked her for 4 years and only left after I felt as if I hit a the glass ceiling. I loved the management team here! Mr. Otis, Shawn, Lance, and Christian were awesome! I could openly talk to them about any issues that I had. I never felt overlooked by this team. It is a closed door facility so people use to be preety tight knit. I didn't like the point system but was never in trouble because of it (had to run to the clock a few times though). I hated when they implemented hourly quotas. Im 5'1 and chunky so high shelves and fast pace was not for me. I ended up switching positions and loved inventory even more. I would definitely go back in the future if I moved back to Houston and a position I wanted was available. Also if you fail a drug test a 99% of places if not 100%, you can appeal the result and retest. I once had a faulty test mark me positive in EVERY CATAGORY. I retested knowing it was a false positive. Make sure you read your results because errors can happen.”

She is always so thorough, listens very patiently, and responds to questions and concerns via phone or emails even after visits, which shows how sincerely she cares. I feel my pets are in very caring and reliable hands, taking lot of worries away. Courtney, Dr. Carder’s assistant, is very patient and caring, and goes an extra mile to take that stress off of you and your pet when you need it the most. The staff at front desk at the Harmony location, where I take my pets are all very courteous, and caring. Really glad to have Cole Vet to rely on for my fur babies.”

“Staff in the shopping area are nice and helpful. I just hope the grooming section could provide a more organized and sanitary treatment. We went there on Sunday afternoon and it was very dirty even with pee on the waiting area floor. Also I wonder if the nail tech knows the proper trim length for different dogs from our previous experiences. We decided to go to another pet store chain to get better Spa services although this store is in a great location.”
