(January 20, 2019, 12:45 pm)Well it's not just the gym, it's the group training sessions that are a big help. My flexibility was out the window but now I'm doing and getting better. My balance and strength is so much better than before I joined. So you really should get in there and try it yourself because then you will probably answer this question better than myself. ????
