(November 20, 2019, 1:46 pm)I have used European motors for two fairly major repairs. First was replacing the air suspension on my 2008 ML320. 2nd was replacement of a servo motor in the engine. Both times the work was explained beforehand and done within the estimate. James showed me the air suspension parts and why they needed changing. Very helpful. Today he took several minutes helping me decide whether to keep or trade the Mercedes since it has 175,000 miles. Very impressed with their professionalism and reasonable pricing.

James and his team are all extremely knowledgeable. I have brought numerous cars here numerous times for various services. Each and every time, the work is done well plus they take the time to look over the whole vehicle and give additional diagnosis of potential things to come or to keep an eye on. They are honest, and will tell you exactly what is an easy at home repair yourself or whether it's something they or a third party of theirs should do. It makes owning and maintaining a car a breeze if you use them because of the customer service that they provide.
I am glad I found them 8 years ago because I'll never use another Auto Service shop again if I don't have to.

James and Doug both are a delight to work with, and work with you on price, time, and finding the parts you need. They even know of used cars they can vouch for, eliminating the worry of buying a lemon. Best auto shop I’ve been to.
