(June 10, 2019, 2:41 pm)We have lived here coming up to a year next month. Of all the places we looked this was the one we chose at last minute and we have not regretted it since. Yes they do background checks and charge you but if you have nothing to hide than you wouldn't have a issue with that because some of the RV parks we looked at it was clear they did not do background checks and they were trashed. The owner takes good care of the property and is constantly working on it to keep it nice, clean and comfortable for short term and long term RV'ers. Manager is awesome, informative on RV's and helpful on issues that arise. They are very strict on their rules and anyone violating the simple rules put in place are out. We love this because it is very quiet and very safe and there are no shenanigans going on. The only negative thing I can say is we do not receive mail there. Otherwise, perfect place, perfect cost. You pay lot and electric with that you don't pay for water or sewage. You get free cable and wifi. Pool area is set up beautifully and you can swim, BBQ and play music. They also have a fishing pond.

(July 19, 2018, 12:18 pm)If you stay here expect to get your background checked, which isn't a bad thing, but they make you pay for it. Office lady is super nice, pool is always clean and fun to swim at, laundry mat is up to date and cleans your clothes efficiently.
