She is always so thorough, listens very patiently, and responds to questions and concerns via phone or emails even after visits, which shows how sincerely she cares. Courtney, Dr. Carder’s assistant, is very patient and caring, and goes an extra mile to take that stress off of you and your pet when you need it the most. He communicated every step of the way making the process smooth and stress free. His team showed up on time and made it a point to leave when we got home from work. His repair time was in accordance to his work. After each repair, he checked in making sure it was up to my standards and nothing needed to be redone.
